Getting started
How do I get started with Skyntel? +
Download Skyntel from the App Store or Google Play and create a free account. You'll be guided through a short setup to tell us about your skin type and any known concerns. Your 14-day free trial begins immediately — no credit card required to start.
How long before I start seeing AI insights? +
Skyntel's AI needs a few days of logs before it can begin identifying patterns. We recommend logging consistently for at least 7 days to start seeing meaningful correlations. The more data you log, the more accurate and detailed the insights become over time.
Do I need to log every single day? +
Consistency helps, but it's okay to miss a day occasionally. The AI works with whatever data you provide. That said, more consistent logging leads to better and more reliable insights — especially for spotting patterns that unfold over 24–48 hours.
Logging & tracking
What can I log in Skyntel? +
You can log meals and food items, supplements and vitamins, skincare products used (morning and evening routine), your skin's condition (breakouts, redness, dryness, etc.), water intake, and general notes. The more detail you add, the better your AI analysis will be.
Can I log products I've used before? +
Yes. You can add any skincare product to your log by name or barcode. Skyntel maintains a growing database of products, and you can also add custom entries for anything not yet in the database.
Can I edit or delete a log entry? +
Yes. You can edit or delete any log entry at any time from your history view. Changes are reflected immediately in your AI analysis.
AI analysis
How does the AI analysis work? +
Skyntel's AI analyses your logs over time to find correlations between your habits and your skin's reactions. It looks for patterns such as specific foods, supplements, or products that consistently appear before flare-ups, and surfaces these as potential triggers with a confidence score.
Are the AI insights medically accurate? +
Skyntel's insights are based on patterns in your personal data and are intended for informational purposes only. They are not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional before making significant changes to your routine, especially if you have a diagnosed skin condition.
How often do I receive a weekly insight report? +
You'll receive a weekly AI summary every Monday morning covering the past 7 days. It highlights the most notable patterns, any new potential triggers identified, and one actionable suggestion based on your data.
Billing & subscription
How does the free trial work? +
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to all Skyntel features. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time before the 14 days are up to avoid any charge.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the app, or through the App Store / Google Play subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Can I get a refund? +
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you've been charged in error or have a specific concern, please contact us at support@skyntel.app and we'll review your case individually.
What payment methods are accepted? +
Payments are processed through the App Store (Apple Pay, credit/debit card) or Google Play (credit/debit card, Google Pay). We do not store your payment details directly.
Account & data
How do I delete my account? +
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. This will permanently remove all your personal data and logs within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my data? +
Yes. You can request a full export of your data from Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. You'll receive a downloadable file within 48 hours.
Is my health data shared with anyone? +
No. Your personal health logs are never sold or shared with third parties, advertisers, or marketers. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
Technical issues
The app isn't loading — what should I do? +
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection, then try restarting your device. Make sure you have the latest version of Skyntel installed. If the problem continues, please contact us at support@skyntel.app with your device model and OS version.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it? +
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
My AI insights have stopped updating — is something wrong? +
AI insights update periodically based on your recent logs. If you haven't logged in a few days, insights may pause. Check that notifications are enabled so you don't miss logging reminders. If insights haven't updated despite consistent logging, please contact our support team.
