1. About Skyntel

Skyntel is a personal skin tracking application that helps users identify potential connections between their daily habits and skin conditions using AI-powered analysis. Skyntel is operated by Skyntel, .

Skyntel is a globally available wellness and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Skyntel. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

3. Account Registration

To use Skyntel you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Please notify us immediately at support@skyntel.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Skyntel offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. By starting your trial, you agree to the following:

• Your free trial begins on the date you register and lasts 14 days
• At the end of the trial, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Skyntel for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the app
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure

6. Not Medical Advice

Skyntel provides AI-generated insights based on the data you log. These insights are for informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• A substitute for professional dermatological or medical consultation

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, supplements, or skincare routine, particularly if you have a medical condition.

7. Your Content

You own the data and content you enter into Skyntel. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and technology within Skyntel — including the AI models, branding, and interface — is the property of Skyntel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written consent.

9. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep Skyntel available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skyntel shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
• Decisions made based on AI-generated insights within the app
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Skyntel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
